African authors and small vendors faced massive barriers to reaching customers online. Limited e-commerce infrastructure, fragmented logistics, complex payment processing, and no viable self-publishing platform left creative voices unheard and products unsold.

How we approached the work

Self-Publishing Platform

Created tools for authors to upload, format, and publish their books directly to the marketplace with full control over pricing and distribution.

Vendor Storefronts

Individual storefronts for each vendor with custom branding, product catalogs, and inventory management.

Integrated Logistics

Partnered with local delivery services and built a unified logistics system that handles order tracking, delivery scheduling, and last-mile coordination.
